Online reviews
Online reviews play a big role in the way people shop, from consumer electronics to clothes. Research has shown that about 75% of online shoppers say they trust online reviews as much as they trust customer service representatives. The biggest online shop in the world, Amazon uses them every day. For every grocery delivery made by Whole Foods on Prime Now or Prime Pantry, Amazon says it takes four customer service phone calls away through a review mechanism. Today over 2 million people have written a review on Amazon and many more read what others have to say before making a purchase decision. Reviews are just one of the ways we get feedback from our customers and this information helps us identify trends and insights that inform how we work harder for our customers."

Re: Online reviews
Good day. Many people think that reviews of their company that can be found on the Internet will not affect their business in any way, especially if it is a large company. But actually, it is not. Studies show that all Online Reviews affect the image of the company, and form an opinion about the company, and its customers. That's why it's important to respond to all reviews, even if you don't feel like it. The answer to the review is a method of interaction that shows the degree of customer care and speaks of the seriousness of the company.

Re: Online reviews
Every time before I buy something or pay for a service, I check the company for honesty. It is important for me to read reviews or comments before giving my money. Unfortunately it takes a lot of time, but I have discovered online reviews with artificial intelligence. The site will be useful for absolutely everyone.
